2014
The Yellowstone-Teton Clean Cities Coalition 2014 Odyssey event included an exciting panel with speakers – ranging from INL EV battery technology researcher, Matt Shirk, to EV owner and Deputy Mayor of Bozeman, Carson Taylor. The panel discuessed biodiesel and electric vehicles.
Following the panel, Revenge of the Electric Car was screened with more than 70 community members and students in attendance.
The next day, coalition staff members gave a guest presentation in two Montana State University classes. The presentation consisted of a brief outline of all the alternative fuels followed by an activity that required students to use that knowledge to decide what fuel specific fleets might benefit from.
