MGCCC chair Tim Stewart spoke about the coalition and the history of AFV Day Odyssey, while Becky Lee from Central Georgia Technical College talked about how the college, being the only NAFTC training center in Georgia, is committed to providing AFV-related training to the local work force. Additionally, Theresa Robinson from Georgia Power explained how private industry partners are bringing in cleaner fleets to the Middle Georgia area. The event also included a round table discussion concerning the area’s green procurement policy.
